1. Parties
Seller: Y***** Ç***** A****** G***** T******* (hereinafter referred to as "Sellertify"), Email: support@sellertify.net.
Buyer: The natural or legal person who purchases digital products via www.sellertify.net by providing their identity and contact information at the time of order (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer").
2. Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the digital products described below, ordered electronically by the Buyer via www.sellertify.net.
3. Products and Delivery
- autoPilot credit packs: One-time-use credits for the Chrome extension. Delivery is made instantly by sending the license code to the Buyer's email address.
- autoMaker / autoShare / autoMaster lifetime licenses: A one-time, unlimited-duration (lifetime) license for the desktop application, sold based on channel count. Delivery is made by emailing the installation package plus the license code; setup support is included. In autoMaker and autoMaster, tokens (credits) may additionally be consumed per production/processing operation.
Prices are the amounts published on the site; since delivery is digital, there is no shipping fee.
4. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation & Refunds
- For autoPilot packs whose credits have never been used, an unconditional refund is made within 14 days of purchase.
- Once credit usage has begun (i.e., once production has been performed via "Create"), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised pursuant to Art. 15/1-ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts (services performed instantly in electronic form); however, in cases of hardship a resolution will be sought via support@sellertify.net.
- For application lifetime licenses: licenses that have never been installed/activated are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Once a license has been activated (linked to a device), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised due to the instant performance of the digital product; if purchased tokens (credits) have been used, they are non-refundable.
- Refund requests are submitted to support@sellertify.net along with the order email, and are refunded to the payment method used within 14 days.
5. Terms of Use
- License codes are personal; one code is linked to one device. Sharing or resale is prohibited.
- Products operate using the Buyer's own Suno/AI provider/YouTube accounts; complying with the terms of use of those services is the Buyer's responsibility.
- Sellertify is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Suno or the named AI providers.
6. Third-Party Dependency, Service Continuity, and Limitation of Liability
- Third-party dependency: The products operate together with independent third-party services — such as Suno, AI providers, and YouTube — that Sellertify does not own or control. These services may change, restrict, or completely discontinue their interfaces, technical infrastructure, access (API) terms, terms of use, or pricing at any time and without prior notice.
- No compatibility guarantee: Such a change may cause some or all of the products to stop functioning correctly, temporarily or permanently. Sellertify does not guarantee that the products will remain continuously and permanently compatible with these services. Sellertify aims to release updates on a reasonable-efforts basis, but does not undertake that every issue will be resolved, that a resolution will arrive within a specific timeframe, or that it will be technically possible.
- Regarding the indefinite duration of the service: The term "lifetime / unlimited duration" refers to the commercial and technical lifespan of the product, not the lifespan of the Buyer. If the above-mentioned third-party changes render the continuation of the product technically or economically impossible or meaningless, Sellertify may suspend or discontinue the relevant product or service with reasonable notice. This does not create a right to a refund for licenses that were duly delivered and used in the past.
- Provided "as is": The products are provided in their existing and available state ("as is"). Sellertify does not guarantee that the products will be fully suited to a Buyer's particular purpose or that they will operate without interruption or error.
- Limitation of liability: Sellertify shall not be liable for changes, interruptions, or discontinuations of third-party services, for account suspensions/closures, or for loss of data or revenue, or for indirect or incidental damages. In any event, Sellertify's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the relevant product. This clause is without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of consumer legislation.
7. Personal Data
Only the data necessary for the license to function (email, license code, device identifier, credit counter) is processed. Details: Privacy Policy.
8. Disputes
The Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes. Placing an order signifies that this agreement has been read and accepted.
