What is autoShare? Multi-channel YouTube management and automated video uploads

autoShare writes AI titles, descriptions and tags for your finished videos in 14 languages, uploads them to multiple YouTube channels on a schedule, and lets you monitor performance from a single panel. It does not produce video — its only job is publishing, and it does that job at multi-channel scale. In this article we explain autoShare's function, its intended user, and its licensing model.

The problem it solves: many channels, much repetition

Managing a single YouTube channel by hand is perfectly feasible. But once you start uploading regularly to two, three, ten channels, you repeat the same operations for every one of them: selecting the video, writing a title and description, entering tags, planning the publish time, keeping an eye on the daily upload quota... for every channel, for every video. That repetition costs time and invites errors such as inconsistent metadata and missed publishing slots.

autoShare brings this operation together into a single panel: you add your videos, connect your channels, and plan the metadata and scheduling; the system carries out the uploads.

What exactly does autoShare do?

One important design decision: autoShare does not render. Video production is autoMaker's job; autoShare takes the finished video and manages the publishing operation. For those who want both functions in a single application, we built autoMaster.

Who is it for?

How does it work?

The flow has three steps: add videos and connect channels → generate metadata and schedule → publish and track. You add your finished videos to autoShare and connect your channels; AI metadata is generated in 14 languages and publishing times are planned; videos are uploaded to the channels on schedule and the results are monitored from the analytics panel.

You will find a video showing how the panel works — connecting channels, scheduling and the upload flow — in this section:

Key features

Unlimited uploads within your quota

You can upload as many videos as you like within your daily YouTube quota; the system plans how that quota is distributed.

Scheduled publishing

You plan your publishing times in advance; videos go live at the appointed moment whether or not you are at your desk.

AI metadata in 14 languages

Titles, descriptions and tags are generated to suit the language of the video. For channels expanding into new markets, this removes the burden of manual translation.

Analytics from a single panel

View and like data from all your channels are gathered on one screen, so you can update your content strategy based on evidence.

Licensing model: lifetime, by channel count

autoShare is sold with a lifetime licence based on channel count rather than tokens: you connect as many channels as your licence covers and pay once; there is no monthly fee. For channel tiers and current terms, see the pricing section on the homepage; for the product's current status, see the autoShare product page.

Frequently asked questions

Does autoShare produce video?

No. autoShare manages only the publishing side: metadata, scheduling, uploading and analytics. For video production you use autoMaker, and for a combination of the two, autoMaster.

Does it upload to platforms other than YouTube?

autoShare is designed for YouTube channel management; it offers multi-channel YouTube publishing and analytics tracking. For the scope and the current feature list, see the product page.

Is the daily upload limit imposed by autoShare?

No. The daily upload quota is YouTube's own rule. autoShare helps you reach the highest possible publishing volume without exceeding the limit, by distributing that quota intelligently across your channels.

Why is the licensing model based on channel count rather than tokens?

On the publishing side, cost scales with the number of channels managed far more than with the number of videos. That is why autoShare allows unlimited uploads within your quota and is offered as a one-off lifetime licence based on channel count.
