Why do you need a Gemini key?
autoPilot uses an AI provider to generate song titles and lyric drafts. You do this with your own free key, so your generation speed and limits belong to you — no third party sits in between.
Gemini runs on Google's infrastructure, so you can start within minutes using your existing Google account.
Your key is stored only in your own browser. It is never sent to Sellertify servers and we never see it.
Getting your key, step by step
- Go to aistudio.google.com.
- Sign in with your Google account. No separate registration is needed.
- Click the Get API key link at the top left.
- Choose Create API key; if you are asked to pick a project, the default one works fine.
- Copy the generated key and keep it somewhere safe.
Connecting the key to autoPilot
- Click the autoPilot icon in your Chrome toolbar.
- Open the Settings section.
- Choose Gemini from the AI Provider list.
- Paste the key you copied into the field and save.
- Once the connection is verified, you can start generating.
If the key does not work: make sure there is no leading/trailing space and that you copied the key in full.

Is Gemini free?
Google AI Studio offers a free usage tier that is sufficient for the text generation autoPilot needs. Usage limits are set by Google.
Is my Google account enough?
Yes. No separate sign-up or payment details are required — signing in with your existing Google account is enough.
Can I view the key later?
Yes. In Google AI Studio you can view your existing keys again later, or delete one and generate a new key.
Which provider should I choose?
All three work for free. Groq stands out for speed, Gemini for Google's infrastructure, and Cerebras for high throughput. Pick one and change it later if you wish.
